Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (India): 3–5 business days for standard ready products. Additional 5 days will be required for customised and made to order products such as custom length curtains.

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or carrier issues.

Order Tracking & Issues

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at infashionfurnishing@gmail.com with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and items so we can assist you.
